WowMySQL provides a MySQL-powered Backend-as-a-Service platform that includes database management, auto-generated REST APIs, authentication, real-time data synchronization, and file storage services.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive operations

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We will provide a 7-day grace period to export your data
• After the grace period, your data may be permanently deleted
• You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowMySQL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
