Welcome to WowMySQL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our MySQL database hosting platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using WowMySQL's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Service Description
WowMySQL provides cloud-based MySQL database hosting services with the following features:
- Shared and dedicated MySQL database instances
- RESTful API access for database operations
- Direct database connections via MySQL protocol
- AWS RDS integration for premium instances
- Database management and monitoring tools
- File storage capabilities
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
3.4 Account Sharing: You may not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Pricing: We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise) with varying features and resource limits. All prices are listed in USD.
4.2 Payment Terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly based on your selected billing cycle
- Payments are processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment processors
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.4 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by our payment processor.
4.5 Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your service after reasonable notice attempts.
4.6 Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges.

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:

- Launch attacks, spam, malware, or engage in fraudulent activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Use the service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive operations
- Store personally identifiable information (PII) without proper encryption and compliance
7. Service Level Agreement
7.1 Uptime Guarantee: We guarantee 99.9% uptime for paid plans (excluding scheduled maintenance).
7.2 Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
7.3 Support:
- Free Plan: Community support only
- Pro Plan: Email support (24-48 hour response)
- Business Plan: Priority email support (12-24 hour response)
- Enterprise Plan: Dedicated support with SLA
8. Data & Privacy
8.1 Your Data: You retain all rights to data you store in your databases. We do not claim ownership of your data.
8.2 Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8.3 Backups: We perform regular automated backups for disaster recovery. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
8.4 Data Processing: By using our service, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by WowMySQL and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Termination
10.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days notice.
10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
10.4 Data Export: You may export your data before termination. After 30 days, we are not obligated to retain your data.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WowMySQL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
